We do shoretank inspection; prior to cargo load we insure that cargo tank is clean and in condition to receive cargo, draw sample, we determine amount loaded or discharged, witness discharge or load, ensure all seals are affixed, deliver sample to lab for analysis, inspect tank after discharge or load for integrity and safety.
We certify the volumes of product before and after load or discharge and verify the specifications quality and condition of product.
